The project consists of deploying the GoAigua Work Orders solution in the Chilean utility ESVAL-AGUAS DEL VALLE. The initiative is divided into two parts, one for scheduled maintenance and the other for network operations.

The project’s objective is to provide the utility with a comprehensive solution for the digital transformation and integration of all its preventive maintenance operations, so that ESVAL-AGUAS DEL VALLE can control these processes and optimize operational costs.
Thus, the GoAigua Work Orders solution was deployed to manage the utility’s work orders and was integrated with third-party software applications (SAP ERP, 4J, GSA and GIS) already running at ESVAL-AGUAS DEL VALLE. The project has also included training for users, the company’s assistant managers and subcontractors, to ensure users are fully aware of how to use the tool.
Thanks to this project, the client can monitor the entire work order process, which means controlling outsourcing costs, following up on traceability processes and taking swift action in the event of any incidents.
In addition, the project also offers a mobile application for on-site work management, recording evidence, filling in forms and the review of documents, such as procedures and plans.
ESVAL-AGUAS DEL VALLE produces and distributes drinking water, as well as collecting and treating water in Valparaiso, Chile. It also operates in the Coquimbo region through its subsidiary, Aguas del Valle.
