- Client: Sociedad Municipal de Aguas de Burgos S.A
- Project location: Burgos, Spain
- Solution applied: Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua – Billing
- Project timeframe: 2023 – present
The objective of the project is to implement, adapt and configure the utility’s management software, migrating all the existing information from its current system. The new agnostic software is independent and can include other operations implemented in other similar clients where the solution has already been deployed.

For Aguas de Burgos, it is a priority to have a robust management tool so its current operations run smoothly and can be integrated with other tools in the utility, as well as to have an ongoing maintenance and support service for the solution. All this is being achieved through the deployment of the platform Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua.
Sociedad Municipal Aguas de Burgos, S.A., is a utility owned by the Municipality of Burgos, which manages water cycle services (collection, purification and distribution of drinking water, and wastewater collection and treatment) in the city of Burgos and other municipalities in the region. It also undertakes maintenance, cleaning and repair services for both supply and sanitation facilities.
The project’s core solution is Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua Billing, which is being deployed to integrate data from different systems with the GIS, accounting system, e-Office, mobility, Document Manager, BI (Qliksense), SII, FACE and other technological solutions which are already in place.
The project’s main benefits are the deployment of business management software for process integration, its compatibility with other digital systems used in the utility, the use of the latest technology and the fact that the solution can be used to develop other business management areas.
